Located at Songjiazhuang business district and transportation hub in Fengtai District, Pomegranate Center is the sole international science park with shared office within the forth Ring Road of Beijing. The science park is composed of twenty-two single office buildings and two 20-storey 5A office buildings and the total construction area of the science park is 115,000 m2, among which 72,000 m2 above the ground and 43,000 m2 under the ground.
