On December 16, 2015, the 12th Annual Meeting of China Office Complex Development Forum was held and Pomegranate Center won the Best Science & Business Park of Beijing in 2015. Initialized by Fangxun.com and organized by China Real Estate Association and CRECC Office Research Council, the annual meeting was the largest and most authoritative professional event of the highest standard and most influence. Relying on the evaluation and research system based on the database of China office complex, the organizing committee set awards of seven categories including Top 100 Office buildings in China etc. Pomegranate Center is the sole Science Park in Beijing which won the Best Science & Business Park of Beijing in 2005.
