The 1st China-US Innovation and Investment Conference will be held at Houston from May 16 – 22, 2016. As the leading force of Fengtai International Innovation Platform, combined with DFW Excellerator, and entrusted by Beijing Council for the Promotion of International Trade Fengtai Branch, Zoom Tech will organize 8 to 10 key enterprises in Fengtai covering the area of life science and biomedicine, IT/Internet, Environment, New Energy, New Material to attend the China-US Innovation and Investment Conference, made field visit to the famous innovation and incubating institutes and projects in the US, and further promoted the integration of the Fengtai District with the international resources.
It is heard that the conference was organized by China-US Innovation Alliance, China Science and Technology Exchange Center, International Technology Transfer and Cooperation Network, and supported by the Chinese Ministry of Science and Technology, Chinese Consulate General in Houston, Texas State government, and Houston Municipal government. The conference will invite 200 US well-known companies from the industries of life science, IT, information, new media, new energy, and advanced manufacturing to make in-depth discussion with the Chinese companies with regard to the US innovative technology and projects. Also the Chinese visiting companies will pay a visit to the key US innovation institutions and companies.

The visiting is planned at the mid May of 2016 with 8 days in total, namely May 15 – 22 from Beijing – Huston - San Francisco (Silicon Valley) - Los Angeles to Beijing.

V、 Expenses
Fare: RMB 35,800 yuan, including passport and visa fees, the cost of invitation letters, entrance fees of the conference, accommodation costs, and ground transportation, translation and liaison service fees. Each company is limited for 3 persons with subsidies is less participants.
International round-trip travel and overseas air fares (economy class): RMB 14,000 yuan (Estimated), depending on the time of the booking.
VI、 Notes
1、 Once confirmed, the participants should make their passports available as soon as possible. Please confirm that the validity period of the passport should be more than 10 months.
2、The group will have 10 members. Once confirmed and after the application procedures are completed, there should be withdrawal in principle.
