On July 31, the 2020 Fengtai Cultural and Creative Competition Pomegranate Center Division concluded successfully at the China-US FOUNDRY CLUB in the Pomegranate Center. More than 40 people attended the event, including Wang Shan, deputy director of the Cultural and Creative Industry Promotion Center of Fengtai District, Xu Zhenfeng, general manager of Beijing Zoom Tech Incubator Co., Ltd., representatives from the cultural and creative enterprises, investment institutions, industry experts, cultural and creative parks and incubators.
It is reported that the theme of the competition is Moving ahead in a new era, Wining in the future with creativity, with the aim to discover the outstanding entrepreneurial teams in cultural and innovative industries, demonstrate the innovation and entrepreneurship of the cultural talents, cultivate the leading entrepreneurial talents in cultural and creative industries, stimulate the regional innovation and entrepreneurial atmosphere, and promote the high-quality and rapid development of the cultural industry in Fengtai District.
The event is supported by Beijing Cultural and Creative Industry Promotion Center and Fengtai District Committee Publicity Department of Beijing Municipality, hosted by Fengtai Cultural and Creative Industry Promotion Center and Fengtai Investment Promotion Service Center, undertaken by Beijing Fengtai Development Investment Co., Ltd., Beijing Pomegranate Center Cultural and Creative Industrial Park, Beijing National Digital Publishing Base, 1897 Science and Technology City of the 27th Factory, and Sum Space Cultural and Creative Space, Jijiamiao Creation and Entrepreneurial Industrial Park, Yongle Cultural and Intelligent Park, with special support from Beijing Rural Commercial Bank Lugouqiao Sub-branch and Bank of Beijing Fengtai Sub-branch, and platform support from Lanxin Mobile.
Affected by the epidemic, the competition was conducted in the ways of both online and on site. There are 14 teams of contestants from the fields of the digital creativity, drama and folklore, cultural technology, and cultural education etc. Based on their respective creative themes, the contestants compete with each other through project defenses, project planning statements, and case analysis. And experts, mentors and investors are invited to review, score and guide the projects on line.
After the fierce competition, three projects of Next-generation cultural tourism·digital night economy upgrade, Art group Tangtang Children's drama education, Phoenix Etiquette eventually advanced to the final competition.
It is reported that Zoom Tech Incubator is mainly engaged in the cultural and technological innovation services, investment and financing management and park operations. Since 2016, it has hosted four consecutive Fengtai Cultural and Creative Competitions. Its pomegranate cultural and creative industry park has won many honors including national incubator, and national maker space etc. It has become the flagship cultural and science park in the internationalization of south Beijing.
