On April 28, the first entrepreneurship lecture of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base for Veterans in Fengtai District was successfully held in the China-Israel YAFOLABS Accelerated Roadshow Hall. Mr. Rao Yuxiang, deputy director of Fengtai Municipal Veterans Affairs Bureau, and Mr. Xu Zhenfeng, general manager of Zoom Tech Incubator attended the event.
During the event, Mr. Zhan Kai, chief lecturer of China Science and Innovation Roadshow Alliance Beijing of the Black Diamond Group Roadshow Academy, was invited as a guest to share the practical strategies of the business plan and help the entrepreneurial veterans to attract and get investors.
Presenting a lecture
Zhan Kai systematically sorted out the roadshow logic of the business plan, and made an in-depth analysis from four aspects: the framework, important presentations, roadshow standards, and key enrichment of the business plan. When introducing the logic and skills of the roadshow, Zhan Kai lively combined the cases of the project to explain the actual roadshow, which was interesting and easy to understand.
He said, “The most important thing for BP roadshows is to tell good stories, highlight key points and add values. Specifically, we first need to build trust through the presentation of the project and the resources behind it. We need to consider the significance of the project to society to make it clear to the judges. We also need to present the values through classic cases and the highlights. In terms of team building, we need to show our attitude and reflect the corporate culture. The last but not the least, we need to pay attention to the financial reporting and cooperation rules so that the judges can see the future values of the project to the greatest extent."
The explanation of Zhan Kai just provided a journey of exploration of the updated knowledge for the veterans participating in the Employment and Entrepreneurship Lecture.
