In the morning of December 23, 2015, the meeting of Fengtai Science Companies Incubation and Innovation Alliance was held at Zoon Tech. MENG Dan, the vice director of Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission of Fengtai District and the representatives of three dozens of innovation incubator companies attended the meeting, visited Pomegranate Center, Foundry Club Group Innovation Space (GIS) and highly recognized and appreciated the project. During the meeting, five new incubators including Zoom Tech joined Fengtai Science Companies Incubation and Innovation Alliance.
YAN Fei, the Marketing and Operation Director of Zoom Tech introduced the business model, strategic positioning, services system and development advantages of Zoon Tech to MENG Dan and members of the Alliance. At the meeting, the representatives of the Alliance unanimously approved the motion for Zoom Tech Incubator to join the Alliance. YAN Fei said that Zoom Tech was a new member of incubation industry and it was an international company with main business of providing technology innovation services, construction and operation of science park and management of industry investment funds. To realize interaction and cooperation of international innovation resources, Zoom Tech has built overseas innovation centers in Silicon Valley, Boston, Dallas, Munich, Hamburg, Tel Aviv, and Singapore. At the same time, the company invested CNY 5 billion yuan to establish industry investment fund and CNY 200 million yuan to establish angel investment fund in order to accelerate the rapid development of the incubating companies and the fast growing companies. Zoom Tech is ready to exert its advantage in venture capital funds management and international resources cooperation, share the resources with the members of the Alliance for co-development, and contribute the development of innovation and entrepreneurship in Fengtai District and Beijing City.
It is communicated that Fengtai Science Companies Incubation and Innovation Alliance aims to serve the technology innovation and start-up companies through strengthening the connection of the incubators in Fengtai District, improving the incubation industry chains and creating a favorable environment for technology innovation. The Alliance will organize a variety of events including cooperation between the banks and companies, cooperation between venture capital and start-up companies, and innovation communication, in order to create more financing channels for the entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial teams and provide engine for the health development of the start-up companies. We believe that, after joining the Alliance, Zoom Tech can exert its advantage and contribute to the health development of the incubation industry of the science companies in Fengtai District together with other members of the Alliance.
