On March 15, hosted by Fengtai Investment Promotion Bureau, Zoom Tech organized the event Join Hands with Hong Kong to help Fengtai Companies with Outbound Market at the Pomegranate Innovation Center with participants including Zhang Jie, vice president of Fengtai District government,, and other officers from Fengtai Investment Promotion Bureau, and Fengtai Administrative Commission.
In her speech, Zhang Jie said that the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative development strategy provided golden opportunity for Fengtai to speed up its sustainable development, and there were more and more international innovative companies like Zoom Tech. While as the international finance center and global investment hub, Hong Kong enjoys its unique advantages in international view and financial operation. Zhang hoped that the attending companies could establish communication links with the mentors, and the government would build better service platform, continue to promote the local companies to carry out overseas investment and merger & acquisition and tap international market with the companies from Hong Kong, and encourage the local companies to be listed in Hong Kong. During the event, the experts and professionals from Hong Kong Stock Exchange, PricewaterhouseCoopers, DeHeng LLP, and BMI Hong Kong provided many suggestions and help with regard to the Hong Kong-listed system, approval system, capital restructuring, financial and legal requirement. As Luo Kangrui, president of Hong Kong Trade Development Council, said during the two sessions that Hong Kong should exert its advantage in business, network, talents and financing to provide service for the countries along the Belt and Road and act as the Super Contacts.
Fengtai municipal government actively promoted the local companies to join hands with the Hong Kong companies to conduct overseas investment and tap international market and encourage the local companies to be listed in Hong Kong.
