On November 6, 2017 Visit to Fengtai by Domestic and Overseas Famous Enterprises in Beijing & High-level Summit was held in Beijing Century Lotus Hotel. Centering on the theme “Intelligence Creates the Future of Fengtai”, according to national strategy of speeding up the building of an innovative country and Beijing municipal strategy of “Four Centers”, by virtue of LinedIn global data, Fengtai District will build “Fengtai Urban Brand Marketing Platform and Talent Introduction & Targeted Promotion Platform”. It will invite the talents listed on the “Thousand Talents Program” to be Fengtai development consultants. Excellent investment environment, policies and services will be precisely promoted in order to attract global high-level talents to gather in Fengtai, thus starting Fengtai’s action of building Beijing into national technology innovation center. The conference was hosted by Organization Committee of Beijing Fengtai District Committee and District Investment & Promotion Bureau, and is organized by Zoom Tech of Anar Group and LinkedIn.
LinkedIn of Government and Enterprise Business GM Lin Hua made a report on talents demand of characteristic industries in Fengtai District
In the activity, “Fengtai Urban Brand Marketing Platform and Talent Introduction & Targeted Promotion Platform” was formally launched. According to Lin Hua, Government and Enterprise Business GM of LinkedIn, on the basis of the characteristic of regional talent distribution, the platform will focus on the research of characteristics of talents in Fengtai advantageous industries, e.g. rail traffic, aeronautics and astronautics. It will use big data system to help Fengtai District attract investment. In order to accelerate the building of high-level economic structure, promote innovative development, and introduce international talents. Fengtai District Organization Dept. will also work with Fengtai District Investment Promotion Bureau and Zoom Tech of Anar Group to build USA workstation of Fengtai District International Talent Investment Promotion Platform.

This “Fengxai Visit” activity were participated by more than 200 persons, including talents listed on “Thousand Talents Program”, “Ten Thousand Talents Program”, “Sea Poly Project”, representatives of domestic and overseas famous enterprises in Beijing, representatives of colleges and universities in Fengtai District, and members of Fengtai District Business Building Alliance.

In the activity, except the lectures of brain trust, high-tech enterprises also shared their opinions. Under shared economy, shared bike has become the pronoun of Chinese innovative technology. Yu Xin, the co-founder of OFO -- the bellwether in the field of shared bike, made a lecture, in which he started from his start-up experiences and explained how to provide young starters with necessary support and help, so as to attract talents to keep a leading position in the industry. Moreover, he also stated that the innovation of enterprise in technology is also another advantage to attract talents. OFO made continuous exploration in the field of Internet of Things (IOT), big data, and artificial intelligence. It launched the industry’s first NFC intelligent lock, and developed NB-IoT intelligent lock together with China Telecom and Huawei, and built up intelligent big data platform “Qidian”, thus completing the closed loop of big data collection and big data analysis.
