On June 23, International Technology Transfer & Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation was successfully held in Beijing Anar Center. It was hosted by Beijing Technology Market Association, China International Economic Cooperation and Investment Inc. and was organized by Beijing International Technology Transfer Cooperative Innovation Alliance, and Zoom Tech technology incubator under Anar Group and International Joint Incubation Community.
The form was attended by Liu Jun – Deputy Director of Beijing Technology Market Association, Yang Song -- Principal Staff Member of International Cooperation Office of Beijing Municipal Science & Technology Commission, Xia Wenhuan – GM of Technology Cooperation Department of China International Economic Cooperation and Investment Inc., Mao Guihua – GM of Zoom Tech, and Zhang Xiuying –former vice director of Zhongguancun Haidian Park and director of Anar Center Park. In addition, nearly 100 persons, including counselors from some Central and Eastern Europe and the Baltic Sea, representatives of Chinese technology transfer organs, representatives of Beijing Technology Market Association, media representatives, TBEA representatives, and representatives of large-sized transnational technology enterprises such as CNBM Engineering, also attended the forum.
This forum aimed to respond to national Belt & Road development strategy, carry out the development requirement of building Beijing into global technological innovation center, future push forward the continuous development of Beijing technology innovation to internationalization, and let more technology innovation result benefit the world. Focusing on the theme of strengthening international cooperation and building Belt & Road, the forum participants made in-depth discussion on the cooperation mode of Beijing and Belt & Road countries in the aspect of cross-border incubation, international technology transfer, and cross-border investment opportunities.

The implementation of Belt & Road initiative brought unprecedented opportunity for the input and output of domestic and overseas advanced technologies. As a hub-type organization of the industry, Beijing Technology Market Association aims to promote the development of technology market and convert service technology results. It will fully exert Beijing’s advantages in technology, build an international technology transfer and exchange platform, deepen technology link, further deepen and expand the influence and actual effects of technology transfer in Belt & Road countries.
Zhang Xiuying –former vice director of Zhongguancun Haidian Park and director of Anar Center Park, stated that Belt & Road initiative has become an important link and a key platform for the technology innovation cooperation of involved countries, as well as the transfer and export of cutting-edge technologies. As one of Top 3 business sectors of Anar Group and the major carrier of “technology sector”, Zoom Tech is to build itself into an internationalized cooperative creative ecological park. Now the overseas network of Zoom Tech has covered almost 10 cities, including Silicon Valley, Boston, TLV, and Berlin. Zoom Tech takes the building of international incubator cluster and cross-border technology transfer as core competitiveness, aims to build an industry chain integrating co-working space, incubator, accelerator, and technology zone. Sino-US Foundry Club and Sino-Israel YAFOLABS intelligent hardware cross-border accelerator situated in the Anar Center are respectively growing into Sino-US and Sino-Israel cross-border technology exchange platform. In the future, they will push international technology and overseas innovation enterprises and startups to gather in Beijing and drive Beijing technology market to develop internationalization.

It’s learned that in early March Zoom Tech, Beijing Technology Market Association and Beijing International Technology Transfer Cooperative Innovation Alliance jointly hosted “2017 Cooperative Innovation Forum for Beijing International Technology Transfer”. It was a good trial of international technology transfer, and it unveiled Zoom Tech “Innovation Season for International Technology Transfer”. At the forum, Zoom Tech hoped it can play its role as a domestic & overseas technology transfer hub and carrier by virtue national Belt & Road strategy, help more domestic enterprises go out, and introduce more overseas excellent capital and advanced technology into China.
