On October 21, 2016, The First Commercial Real Estate Industry Development Forum was held in Beijing. Zhang Jie – Vice Director of Fengtai District and Yang Shanhua – Director of Fengtai Distric Investment Promotion Bureau each made a lecture.

Fengtai District is always active in the development of real estate economy. The form invited the attendance of famous domestic and overseas high-end real estate brokers, experts from consulting firms, and responsible persons of entrepreneurship and innovation platforms and key commercial real estates in Fengtai District. Attendees made heated discussion on the role of the government in the development of real estate economy, the investment invitation of real estate with characteristic brand, and how the real estate alliance will push forward regional economic development. In the discussion, experts confirmed the guiding role of Fengtai District government for the development of real estate economy, and the outstanding achievements of the real estate alliance since its establishment. They also pointed out that Fengtai District has obvious advantages in the development of commercial real estate economy. It has rich resources and huge development potential. In the future, the district will reinforce policy support and push the real estate economy to improve quality and increase efficiency.
In order to satisfy enterprise demands and full exert the regional advantage and space advantage of Fengtai District, on the basis of thorough preliminary investigation, Fengtai District Investment Promotion Bureau and the real estate alliance jointly developed and announced “Fengtai District Real Estate Resource Platform” . The platform launched 33 commercial buildings as the first batch of resource. People can enter the platform by entering the menu “office location on the platform “investment in Fengtai District”. Search real estate project with key words: business circle, street, rental range, and vacant area, people can get project information including basic information, rental price, project dynamics, supporting introduction, and photos. The data will be updated and maintained regularly to ensure the timeliness and effectiveness of information. The formal launch of the platform will further drive the real estate economy and achieve internationalization and timeliness of real estate resources in Fengtai District, to facilitate online service and offline link for investors, and increase new vitality for the improvement of regional investment environment and enterprise service level.
At the conference, the seat of chairman of the member units of Fengtai Branded Commercial Real Estate Industry Promotion Alliance was shifted. Zoom Tech GM Mao Guihua took the position.
