In the afternoon of January 16, the Annual Conference of Fengtai Technological Enterprise Incubation and Innovation Alliance with “dream building and dream realizing” as the theme was held in the reporting hall of the Technology Innovation Center. At the conference, Fengtai District Science and Technology Commission awarded plates for district-level incubator and co-working space of Zoom Tech. The conference was attended by many persons, including Zhu Jingning – Director of Fengtai District Science & Technology Commission, Luo Sheng – Vice Director of the Commission, Cheng Jun – President of the Board of Directors of Fengtai Technological Enterprise Incubation & Innovation Alliance, and representatives from many incubators and co-working spaces, etc.
In order to answer the call for national entrepreneurship and innovation, encourage the development of technology innovation, and further carry out the entrepreneurship and innovation policy, Fengtai District Science & Technology made a series of innovative measures, including “Management Method for the Recognition of Fengtai District Science & Technology Incubators”, “Management Method for the Recognition of Fengtai District Science and Technology Incubation and Cooperative Innovation Center”. The commission recognized incubators, co-working spaces, incubation cooperative innovation centers meeting the application standard, established entrepreneurship fund for small and medium technological enterprises, in order to build high-efficiency entrepreneurship and innovation network system, and provide real support for entrepreneurship and innovation of startups.
Fengtai Technological Enterprise Incubation & Innovation Alliance was organized by Fengtai District Science & Technology Commission, and jointly built by Fengtai District Incubators, in order to create a good incubation innovation environment, strengthen the communication between incubators and improve the incubation industry chain. This is an important implementer of Fengtai District entrepreneurship & innovation policy, and it plays an important role for the building of entrepreneurship & innovation ecological service system in Fengtai District.
The annual conference first recalled the work and achievements of member units of the innovation alliance in 2016. Then Zhu Jingning, Director of Fengtai District Science & Technology Commission, awarded plates to district-level incubator and co-working space of Zoom Tech, and gave them the “ Brand Value Award”.

It’s heard that 12 technology incubators and 19 co-working spaces won district-level recognition this time. According to the introduction of relevant persons, in December 2016, Zoom Tech was named “Zhongguancun Fengtai Park Sub-Center”. Now Zoom Tech won three honors: district-level incubator, co-working space, and brand value award. This showed re-recognition of Fengtai Science & Technology Commission after Zoom Tech got the honor “Zhongguancun Fengtai Park Sub-Center”.
As the benchmark and lead in the incubation & innovation field in Fengati District, after Zoom Tech was established two year ago, it has always insisted on the building of internationalized first-class technological park. With innovation as motivity and industrial cluster as opportunity, it has tried to gather talents, capital, and resources to build “4.0 technology incubator in modern society”, in order to help future entrepreneurs get the freedom of entrepreneurship and innovation.
Internationalized Zoom Tech focuses on high-level industries including 3D printing, intelligent machines, mechanical manufacturing, and intelligent medical service. Now it has founded Sino-US Foundry Club co-working space and Sino-Israel YofaLabs intelligent hardware cross-border accelerator. Nearly 120 enterprises entered the two incubators, and nearly 200 entrepreneurship and innovation activities were held in a year.
At last, Zoom Tech GM Mao Guihua expressed thanks for the powerful support of Fengtai District Science & Technology Commission to Zoom Tech. He stated that the recognition of district-level incubator can effectively integrate entrepreneurship factors including high-end technology, talents, and capital in Fengtai District, and covert more entrepreneurship and innovation achievements. The internationalization of Zoom Tech is a long way. Zoom Tech will work with other incubators in the innovation alliance to promote the technology innovation development of Fengtai District.
