On August 26, the presentation of "Beijing Work & Residence Permit policy" was held in the China-US Foundry Club roadshow hall. The event was hosted by Fengtai Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and co-organized by the Pomegranate Center, Beijing Stanford Technology Incubator Co., Ltd., and Beijing YiLingYi Technology Incubator Co., Ltd.
Ms. Cheng Dandan, the official of Human Resources Development Section of Fengtai Human Resources and Social Security Bureau was invited to interpret the implementation rules, handling guidelines, document lists and precautions of the "Beijing Work and Residence Permit" on-site to help enterprises in the district understand the latest talent policies and handling procedures, and promote the enterprise to optimize the structure of the talent team.
At the presentation, Ms. Cheng Dandan first gave a brief introduction to the background and role of the policy of "Beijing Work & Residence Permit". She said that the holders of the "Beijing Work & Residence Permit" can enjoy the benefits of citizens of Beijing, including the subsistence allowance, and their children can have the qualification to take the college entrance examination in Beijing.
Subsequently, Ms. Cheng Dandan made a comprehensive interpretation of the "Beijing Work and Residence Permit" policy from five aspects of application conditions, application management, document management, supervision and management, and division of responsibilities. She introduces the whole process of online administration of work & residence permit from document preparation, system declaration, appointment to result query, and declaration amendment. She also specially reminded that the work and residence permits should be renewed within 60 days before the validity of the permits.
Finally, Ms. Cheng Dandan gave a detailed explanation on the operation of service channels and the requirements of service targets.
During the interactive Q&A session, Ms. Cheng Dandan answered the questions raised by the participating companies one by one, and exchanged views on special problems encountered by the companies in the application process. The response was overwhelming, and the participants expressed that they benefited a lot from the presentation.
In the future, the pomegranate center will continue to hold a series of lectures to solve the problems encountered by the enterprises settled in the park, ensure the effective implementation of policies and achieve a win-win situation between the enterprises and the science park.
